    GEO. BARNES IS DEAD IN MINNESTOTA

    Logansport Man Succumbs at Mayo Bros. Where he Had Gone for treatment

    George Barnes, 47 years of age of logansport, died last night at rochester, minnesota, where he had gone for treatment.

    His brothers, James I. Barnes, former mayor, Charles and Currie were at his bedside when death came. 600 Front Street. Deceased had been in ill health for years and about eight weeks ago went to the Mayo Bros. sanitarum, for treatment.

    He is survived by a widow and one child, a twin brother Ben Barnes of Logansport, besides James I,, and Charles of this city and Curry of Marion, Ind.

    The funeral, party will leave Rochester this evening at 7:40 o'clock Tuesday afteraoon via the Pennsylvania railroad.

    George Barnes, age 47, of Logansport, passed away at Rochester, Minn.. Sunday night. James I. and Charles Barnes, of this city, and J Curry Barnes, of Marion. The body was shipped over the Pennsylvania, 'Monday evening, and will arrive in this city Tuesday afternoon.

    The remains of George Barnes arrived this afternoon at 12:30 via the Pennsylvania from Rochester, Minn., accompompained by the brothers of deceased, and were taken to the home of a brother, Charles Barnes, 600 Front street.

    The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Charles Barnes residence. Interment, will take place in Mt. Hope cemetery. Rev. W. C. Holmes will officiate.

    T he body of John [sic George] Barnes, who died at the May [mayor] brothers Sanitarium at rochester, Minn, arrived in this city Tuesday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock accompanied by the brothers of the deceased. the body was taken to the home of a brother, charles Barnes, at 600 Front Street.

    The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Charles Barnes residence, with the rev. W. c. Holmes officiating.

    Burial will be in the in Mt. Hope cemetery.
