This is the 1922 South area |

This is an enlargement for the McDonald, Overmyer, Kline properties, and in my estimation proves that this
property was origially a part of the McDonald property and not the Kline property, as Mr. Burns has related,
below
This is one thing I see that is lost in the no abstract era - of real estate that now exist the true history of the
propery is lost

? - 1987, 1987 -
Robert B. & Mary V. Tanguy
1999, Sep - William C. &
Elizabeth A. Burns - built abt 1986
from the Lake directories:
587 S. side Dr. or South Shore
1985-6 not listed
1987 - William Burns
1991, 199 - not listed
>Sep. 1999 - 2024 - Elizabeth Burns Living Trust
Mr. Burns has stated that his property was part of the Kline property (this is on the southeast end which
would .be the Venitian Village area)
- but by plat maps this area - was the Schyuler Overmyer Farm and earlier it was the Easterday property
before a majority of it became Medbourn plats (formerly Cromley) as shown below- I would say this is a
part of the old Marina property.
If anything it could of possible been a part of the Thomas McDonald/Daniel McDonald property too
