1894 - May 5 - Louis Duenweg, of Terre Haute, has purchased all that portion of the Lake Maxinkuckee shore lying between the Arlington hotel and the Murray log house.- Logansport Pharos-Tribune --

1937 - Dec 1 - Buys Lake Cottage - Ralph Wickizer of Toledo, O. purchased the Murray cottage 1939 - May 31 - Mrs. and Mrs. Ralph Wickizer of Chicago moved to their cottage on Long Point Saturday. The have recently remodeled their cottage and expect to reside there permanently.
