1915 - May 6 - S. E. Medbourn and S. J. Lenon have bought the Vandalia Park tract of nine acres and will plat it into about 40 lots

1920 - Aug 4 - P. A. Wickizer announces his intention of building a residence for himself next spring on his lake front lot in Vandalia Park

?-1952 - ? - P.A. Wickizer Residence

? 1960 -1969 - Hattie Belle (Decker) Wickizer Krueger

I remember going up to the door as a newpaper girl about 1964-1966 - you could barley get through the front entry if you wanted to - as the were magazines, cataloges and newspapers stacked everywhere. What the rest of the house looked like one could only imagine. (Oh what one would give for her newspaper collection today!)
