Paul L. Zollars was affiliated with the Lux Agency, Lafayette for approximately three years till he opened Zollars Realty Inc at Attica, Indiana in 1990.

Paul was the principal broker.

He sold the business in 1994 to his daughter, Dolly Poston who had been a licensed sales agent since 1989. Dolly attained her broker's license in 1991; was a Graduate of the Indiana Realtor Institute. Dolly is also a Certified Residential Speciatist as well as an Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager.

He employed by Central Rubber Company in Indianapolis and later was a home builder and owner of Wausau Homes of Noblesville.

He served in the U. S. Navy during World War II

He had been a member of Free & Accepted Masons and Scottish Rite,Indianapolis; charter member of Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors , Lafayette Board of Realtors and Fountain-Warren Board of Realtors.

He was married first to Betty VanBlaircon and their children were Larry L. and Carol S. (Zollars) Lahrman of Lafayette; he married second Romana Schull and their children were: Richard H., Indianapolis; Andrea (Zollars) Bryson, Mooresville; and Cary who preceded in death; he married third Suella Poston and thier children were Floyd P., Lafayette and Dolly Poston-Zollars, Attica; four sisters: Jean (Zollars) Seward, Romney; Frances (Zollars) Collings, Crawfordsville; Donna (Zollars) Jones, Pearce , Ariz.; Wilma Jean Uaninger, West Baden.

His parents, a sister Florence (Zollars) Embree, and his wife Suella (Poston) Zollars preceded him in death.
