    These are "Old" numbers but a reference point for futher research.



In an article on Apr 27 1927 This news article found brings in the term "Overmyer Ditch"

So sometime after 1922 he must have bought Lot #1 of the Sam'l Medbourn addition; as his lot size is recorded on the 1922 maps as 101.50 feet lake frontage to equal 151 1/2 feet.

I believe I have located the lot - believe it to be 878 S. Shore Dr.; you can see the lake ffrontage labeled "151" - only .50 feet short (clickiing first photo will allow you to see the "15"
