It seems that after the Peru Club became defunct that its members sub-divided it down into lots and then before 1927 it all came back to under one or twoperson ownership - tho the property remains seprate lots but under one person or enity's ownership.

1911, 2 Nov. - Sale of Summer Home. - C. H. Brownell of Peru has sold his lake property to Demas Demming for $10,000. There is something like 150 feet of lake frontage and the house is one of the largest on the East side, modernly fitted up and was built about 13 years ago [1898]

1912 - Mrs. Demas Deming and daughter Mrs. Lovell Waterman will spend the summer season at Lake Maxinkuckee, where Mr. Demming has just purchased the handsome Brownell cottage on the east side of the lake. 1927 - Jul 27 - Norman Perry Purchases Ketcham Lake Property Mr. Norman Perry of Indianapolis, has purchased the Mrs Betty Ketcham property on the East Side of the lake. This property has a 176 foot frontage. Mr. Perry is a son of Mrs. C. C. Perry, will known summer resident. It is planned to either remodel the house or else rebuild. Work will probably start at once in making this another one of the beautiful cottages that mark the east side The property has been in the Ketcham family for about fifty years (1877) and for several years has been... [note rest is missing next line is also "years and for several years has been"] - Citizen This is an elaborate Spanish Colonial Revival style house built and completed in 1929 which occupies a large property in the north part of the historic district. The house is two-and-a-half stories high, has stucco walls, and a pantile roof. Arched window openings on the first floor suggest an arcade. Upper story windows are in tall, rectangular openings. Windows themselves are wood casement. Other elements include iron balconets and tiled walkways. The Perry House occupies the property known as Peeples Point, which affords a sweeping view of the lake at one of the highest points of its shore. Although few survive today, landscape architect Jens Jensen designed numerous other private estates in Indiana including the estate of Norman Perry {Culver}. Found on the Riverdale Project
