Complaint to Quiet Title
Norman A. Perry and Mae N. Perry, husband and wife,
VS.
Augus Breuner, deceased, et al.

The plaintiffs in the above entitled cause, by Stevens & Stevens, their attorneys, have filed in my office a complaint against the defendants to determine or quiet the title to real estate situated in Marshall County, in the State of Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit:

A tract commencing at a point seven (7) chains and Seventy-four and one-half links (74½) East and twelve (12) chains South of the Northwest corner of Lot one (1) in section twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-two (32), North, Range One (1) East; thence West one hundred and three (103) feet; then South thirteen and one-half (13 1/2) degrees West to an iron stake on the meander line of Lake Maxinkuckee; thence Easterly, following the said meander line, to a point due south of the starting point; thence north One Hundred and Twentyeight feet (128) feet to beginning.

Also, Lot Number One (1) in E. B. Porter's Sub-Division of Bay View Place, Lake Maxinkuckee, Marshall County, Indiana, as shown by Plat Book Number One (1) Page Two Hundred Eighty-eight (288) of the records of the Recorder's Office of Marshall County, Indiana.

Also, a lot fronting on Lake Maxinkuckee in Marshall County, Indiana, situated in Lot Number One (1) in Section Twenty-two (22) in Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range One (1) East, described as follows:

    Commencing at a point seven chains and seventy-four and onehalf links (7.745 chs.) East and Twelve (12) chains south of the northwest corner of Lot One (1) in Section Twenty-Two (22), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range One (1) East, thence West one Hundred and Three (103) feet; thence North Fifty degrees and twenty-nine minutes (50 deg. 29 min.) West, Ninety-three feet; thence South Thirty-three degrees and twelve minutes (33 deg. 12 min.) West One Hundred and Fifteen (115) feet to Lake Maxinkuckee; thence Easterly following the meander line to a point due south of the starting point; thence North 1 to the place of beginning; EXCEPT the following tract; Commencing at a point Seven (7) chains and seventy-four and onehalf (74½) links east and twelve (12) chains South of the Northwest corner of Lot One (1) in Section Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range One (1) East; thence West One Hundred and Three (103) feet; thence South thirteen and one-half (13 ½) degrees west, to an iron stake on the meander line of Lake Maxinkuckee; thence easterly following the said meander line of Lake Maxinkuckee to a point due south of the starting point: thence north to the place of beginning.


Also, Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Irene Bogardus' Sub-Division of Lot One (1), Section 22, Township 32 North, Range One (1) East,

all the land above described being situated in Union Township, Marshall County, State of Indiana; and it appearing by the affidavit of a competent person that the defendants, viz: Augus Breuner, deceased. The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Augus Breuner, deceased.
Anna M. Breuner, wife or widow of Augus Breuner, deceased, if she be living or dead.
The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Anna M. Breuner, if she be dead.
John W. Dickson, deceased. Dickson, wife or widow of John W. Dickson, deceased, if she be living or dead.
The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of __ Dickson, if she be dead.
The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of John W. Dickson, deceased.
George Peeples, deceased.

Louis B. Fulwiler. The unknown heirs,
devisees and legatees of Louis B. Fulwiler, deceased.
__ Fulwiler, wife or widow of Louis B. Fulwiler, deceased, if she be living or dead.
The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of __ Fulwiler, if she be dead.
William Mow.
The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of William Mow, deceased.
Caroline Mow, wife or widow of William Mow, deceased, if she be living or dead.
The unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Caroline Mow, if she be dead,

are non-residents of the State of Indiana; they are therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of the complaint against them, to quiet the title to the lands above described, as against all demands, claims and claimants whatsoever; and unless they appear and answer thereto on or before the calling of said cause on Monday the 6th day of February, 1928, being the Thirty-first Judicial day of the January, 1928, term of said Court to be begun and held at the Court House in Plymouth, Marshall County, Indiana, on the 1st Monday of January A. D., 1928, said complaint and matters and things therein alleged will be heard and determined in their absence.
