Private memorial services for Pauline L. Hockman, 95, Logansport, formerly of Culver, will be held Monday in Mount Hope Chapel.

She died at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, April 25, 2004, in WoodBridge Health Campus.

Born April 29, 1909, in Cass County, she was the daughter of Roy and Emma Burkhart Hanna. She was married to Don D. Hockman, who preceded in death May 17, 1996.

A 1925 graduate of Logansport High School, Mrs. Hockman was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and attended the Wesleyan United Methodist Church of Culver.

She served as a gray lady volunteer at Logansport Memorial Hospital. She liked to watch basketball and was an avid I.U. basketball fan. She also enjoyed playing bridge with friends for many years.

Surviving are two sons, Don C. Hockman and his wife, Pat, Logansport, and Jan D. Hockman and his wife, Carol, Noblesville; three grandchildren, Jill Hockman Kozikowski, Noblesville, Andrew Hockman, Coral Springs, Fla., and Amy Hockman Schneider, Royal Oak, Mich.; and two great-grandchildren, Riley and Griffen Kozikowski, Noblesville.

Two brothers, Harmal Hanna and Fred Hanna preceded in death

The Rev. Doug Mankell will officiate at the private chapel service.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Presbyterian Church and the Neal Home. Fisher Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements
