    1953, Jun 24 - New Maxinkuckee Residents - ...Other newcomers to the lake are Mr. and Mrs. George Graffis of Logansport, who have purchased the Oscar E. Bransky cottage on the Wast Shore. 1958 Lake Directory - 920 George A. Graffis- 2509 E. Broadway, Logansport, Ind.

I am told was refered to as the "Ugly House". Also have been told that John Barnes once owned this property - he is a descendant of the Barnes Family of the West shore.

    They tore the old cottage down and rebuilt it - also here is a large stone wall that David Burns dubbed for some unknown reason "the Great Wall of China"
