Saml. Keely; the unknown, heirs devisees and legatees of Saml. Keely, deceased;
Maria Keely, wife or widow of Saml. Keely, deceased if she be dead or living;
the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Maria Keely, if she -be dead or living;

are non-residents of the state of Indiana; you therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against you, and unless you appear and answer thereto on or before the calling of said cause on Monday, the 17th day of September, 1923, being thefirst judicial day of the September term of said court, to be begun and held at the court house in Plymouth, Marshall county, Indiana, on the third Monday of September, A.D., 1923, said complaint and the matters and things therein alleged will be heard and determined in your absence.
