Annexation Ordiance

Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Towen of Culver City, Marhall county, Indiana:
Section 1
That the following described territory be annd the same is hereby annexed tp and declared to be a part of the incorporated town of Culver City, Marshall county, Indiana towit:
    Commencing at the northwest corner of lot one (1) in Barnhisel's Addition to Marmont, now called Culver City, Marshall county, Indiana; running thence south on the corporate line of said City along the Wesdt side of Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,and 10 in said Barnhisel's Addition, distance of one hundred forty-three (143) feet, the some being the southwest corner of Barnhisel's plat thertofore recorded showing his addition to Marnmont now called Culver City, Marshall county, Indiana; running thence north on the west line of a fourteen (14) foot alley a distance of six hundred ninety-eight (698) feet to the northwest corner of said Barnhisel's Addition; thence south thirty (30) geet to the place of Beginning.


It being the intention to annex lots 11,12,13,14,15,16,and 17 in said Barnhisel's Addition to Marmont, now called Culver City, Marhsall ocunty, Indiana, together with all streets and alleys abutting on said lots as shown by the plat hertobefore recorded in Marhsall county, Indiana

Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and after two publications in the Culver Citizen, a newspaper printed and published in the town of Culver City, Marshall county, Indiana

Section 3
Be it ordained further that the plat heretofore made, executed and recorded by the said Barnhisel for his addition, a part of which was within the corpporate limits and a part of which was without the corparate limits, but all of which was contiguous territory adjoining the corporate limits of the town of Culver City, Marshall county, is hereby approved.
