Charlotte (Lottie) Murphy, 84 of 118 Thirteenth, passed away at 12:05 p.m. at her residence after a l lingering illness.

Survivors include two daughters Mrs. Edwin WOlfe, Chicago and Eleanore, at home; a grandson Michael of Chicago.

Her husband preceded in 1928.

Funeral services at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Vincents Church

Burial in St. Vincent cemetery.

F. B . Murphy, Well Known Cottage, Dies Suddenly

The members of the lake colongy and citizens of Culver were shocked to learn of the death of Frank B. Murphy of Logansport, and for many years a cottager on Long Point.

Death came Monday at Logansport Hospital where he was taken last week following an attach of acute indigestion. Heart failure was given as the immediate cause.

Mr. Murphy had returned a few weeks ago from an outing in Wisconsin where he over-exerted himself and resulted in his being sent to the hospital.

He was a great lover of the out-of-doors and was deeply interesed in the welfare of Lake Maxinkuxkee, one of his last acts being the securing of the state workers to rid the lake of gar and other undesirable fish. - Sep 5 1928 - CItizen
