1913 Jan 16 Lester Rockhill has purchased Roy Warner's laundry agency.

1913 - feb 6 John W. Cromley has sold his residence property on Main Street to William G. Zechiel for $1,500. Mr. Zechiel will move into town next month.

1913 June 3 - Saine's naptha launch was put into the Lake Monday and Culverites are again assured that the summer season is now on.

1913 - Oct 9 - The work which is being done on Carter Smith's old laundry building will convert it into a bungalow, twice its f o r m er length, and containing rooms to accommodate an average family. Carter is in Gary running an express wagon and is doing quite well
