MARCH 20, 1922 —Taximen Spangler and Loser are driving new seven-passenger cars

1922 May 31 The Electric Light Company opens an office in the Carter building

JUNE 7, 1922 — With the opening of Solomon's store in the K.P. building and the recent remodeling of the Mitchell & Stabenow clothing store, Culver enters upon a new era in merchandising. No city in Northern Indiana can show business establishments more modern than these.

Jun 28 1922 - Lyon & Heeter are the new proprietors of the William Listenberger restaurant and will take posseion Saturday. My Lyon is a recent employe in the Main street barber shop

Jun 28 1922 - A. R> McKess has bought the C. C. Waite & Co. garage and will take possion next week

Jul 5 - 1922 - Ray FIsher has bought the interest of Mr. Heeter in the new ownership of the Main street restaurant The firm is Lyon & Fisher

Jul 12 1922 - E. A. Poor has erected a small shop adjoining the Chasnelle hotel and will again engage in the tonsorial vocation.

Jul 12 1922 - Neogotiatioons are pending for the rental of the room vacated by McKesson's Ford agency for a picture theater

July 19 1922 — E . A. Poor's barber shop turns out to be a nice little shoe shining pavilion owned by Henry Listenberger Eph still has his barbor chair in the Listenberger billard hall.

July 26 1922 — H. L. Werner has taken a lease on the Main Street room recently vacated by McKesson's Ford Agency and will occupy it, or a portion of it, with his jewelry store on August 1.

July 26 1922 The firm of Best and Lenon has dissolved partnership, Mr. Lenon buying Mr. Best's interest in the business.

1922 Augs 9 - The Main Street Barber Shop was bought last week of Harry Sanders by Fletcher Strang Me STranf will continue hi s shop near the station.

1922 Sep 13 - Ray Fisher has sold his interest in the restaurant to his partner and has bought the laundry department of Stuprich's shop. The latter will continue the pressing, cleaning and tailoring branch of the business which has gron so that it requires entire time

1922 - Sept 20 - A Buisness Change - Henry Lichtenberger has sold his pool, billard and restaurant business to Harry Best

OCTOBER 25 1922 Taxi driver Wolfe has replaced his old Buick with a Hupmobile.

1922 - NOv 15 - M. R. CLine is building a lumber shed on his business location. it is 90X46, frame, one story

1922 - NOv 15 - Tyhe PLymouth Electric Light & Power Co. has purchased, through H. J. Meredith, the vacant corner, 66X90, owned by Dr. and Frank Parker, for $1500. The company intends to erect a building on the property which will comprise of an office, workshop and a garage. This purcahse indicasted the growth of the town and the expansion of the corporation which is furnishing light and power to an extensive territory.

1922 - Nov 15 - Gone out of Business - The former John G. Hollet grocery has been closed. The stock passed from the hands of Hollet to Chas. Bixel. On Saturday the Linkenbell wholesale grocery house in Plymouth took away what remained of the stock

1922 Nov. 22 Another new business in Culver will be launched when a restaurant opens Saturday, Nov. 26. in the Warner Building on Main Street. The cafe will be operated by Albert Gross and Jack Jeffress of Winamac.

1922 - Dec 13 - Ed. and ELizabeth Cooper have traded their grocery store near the depot and their house and lot near the academy to A. L. Biddinger for 80 acres, including stock and machinery near Leiter's Ford
