accounts upon my book, for services rendered previous to the first of
January, 1856, are hereby invited to calla nd settle, by note or otherwise,
between this and tenth day of April net, as I shall be obliged to place my
accounts in the hands of others for collection after that date.
ANY ONE unable to pay Doctor-bil will please call and get a receipt.

Kate was granted a divorce in Yakima Co. Washington May 1893. They had no children.

After Benjamin's death the four children (Hattie, Dayton, Bonnie and Joe Pearl) were

family at Sand Hill; "Date" lived with the Alvis and Susana Elder family in Benton twp;
Bonnie lived with Mrs. Eliza Gilmer at Sand Hill; and Joe P. lived with the Benjamin and
Barbara Norton family at Knox City
