Former Cottager Dies

John C. Howe, former Summer resident of Long Point, Died in a hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Sunday according to a telegram received here Monday by Mr. and Mrs Fletcher Strang

Their son Fletcher Jr. of Denver, Colo., is a son-in-law of the deceased.

Mr. Howe had been in the hospital for about three weeks.

His home was in Helena, Ark.

No details regarding the funeral services was given in the telegram.

Mr. Howe was a member of one of the pioneer families on Lake Maxkinkuckee, having sold his propery here about a month ago.
