Franklin Adkins  

Franklin Adkins, local representative of the Standard Oil Company, had just made a delivery from his gasoline truck, when the Citizen's photgrapher stopperd him

He came to Culver i August 18, 1937, afrter serving the same company in West Point and Williamsbur, Indiana, since 1932.

The previous two years found him with the Prudential Life Insurance Company, after working with Standard Oil for fice years.

He was born in Versailles, Ind., where he attended school- Aug 16 1939
