Prize WInnign Drame Current Playhouse Feature

"All My SOns", the prize-winning play which made such an outstanding motion pitcure as well, is the current production at the Maxinkuckee Playhouse, where it will remain for a run trhough Sunday.

Written by Arthur Miller, "All My SOns" won the coveted Drama Critica Award and encouraged the author to go on to finish his now-famous "Death of A Salesman"

The story takes place in the back yard of the Kellery home in the outskirts of an American town, August of our era"> It is immediately after the second World War, and Joe Kellery, owner of an airplane parts factory, has been accused of selling defectice goods to the Air Force.

His partner has already been sent to jail for the crime, and now ohis partner's son, George come to see Joe and accuses him of shoving the blame onto ohis father. But Je denies the accusation, claiming he was sick in bed when the defective parts were shippedout. A slip of the tongue, however seems to indicate that Joes is not telling the truth, and from that moment in the second until the fianl curtain, the audience is arrured of one of the most tense and exciting hours in the theater

Paul Laumann, Martin Tahse, Viea Messham and Mary Frances Rank will be seen in the four major roles, supporting roles will be carried by Nancy Todd, Herb Johnson and a new actress to the Culver scene, Miss Christina Hughes. Miss Highes is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur G. Hughes and is making her debut in the theater on the Playhouse stahe.
