Summer Theatre Open House Sun.; First Play, Tues. Everyone is invited to come to the Open House at the Maxinkuckee Playhouse planned for this Sunday, June 25th, from to 5 in the afternoon.

At that time the Playhouse will be open from top to bottom and from wall to wall, and the actors and actresses will play host to the guests who wish to come and see behind the scenes of a summer stock company.

Sunday is the day to see just how a theatre runs, and there will be lots to see-how the scenery is built, where the actors rehearse the play, what the actors and actresses do in their spare time in fact you will be able to find out in all its how a play is prepared aspects.

Two nights later, at 8:30 Tuesdy evening, the Playhouse will day its first season with Noel open Coward's funniest comedy, "Blithe The Spirit is the first Spirit." wife of Charles Condomine, who to play pranks on her returns husband and who is persuaded to return to her ghostly existence only when a wacky fortune teller performs a seance.

On the Playhouse stage two Culver people will be seen in major roles. Mary Bishop will be the prankish Spirit, and Dorothy Oberlin will play the part of the fortune teller. In addition crazy there will be five members of the Playhouse in the cast: Paul Laumann, Margit Friedlander, Nancy Todd, Herb Johnson, and Viea Messham.
