1896 - Jun 26 - F. Conzelman and family have arrived from their home in St. Louis, Mo., and taken possession of “ The Roost,” a magnificent cottage near the Palmer House

1896 - July 10 - John Lewis and family, of St. Louis, Mo., are registered at the Palmer. They will be the guests at the Conzleman cottage during the summer

    1901 - We are pained to chronicle that Mrs, T. Conzelman, who with her husband and family occupied their beautiful cottage known as “The Roost,” during the summer season died at her home in St. Louis. She was well and favorably known by a large circle of people who have cottages at the lake, and will be greatly missed by a great number of Culver people. She was a lady who possessed a sunny disposition, and had a cheerf ul word for all who came in contact with her* We are sure Mr. Couzelman has the heartfelt sympathy of a large number of of friends iu this community - Culver Herald



She married THEOPHILUS CONZELMAN 18 Oct 1881. was born 8 Apr 1858 St. Louis, Missouri and died 10 Mar 1928 St. Louis, Missouri. He was buried at Bellefontaine cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri son of Gottlieb CONZELMAN and Jorgine A. "Georgine" GRUNBECK. Children are:

iv. EMERSON LEWIS CONZELMAN, b. c. 1892 Ashfield, Massachusetts/was born 17 Oct 1901 in St. Louis, MO, and died 12 Mar 1988 in Venice, Sarasota, FL.
