The plat map of 1948 shows that Howard Oberlin had acquired the 28 acres Of the Vonnegut Orchard and the Culver Military Academy had acquired the 51 acres


1956-79 - William H. Robinson

    1959 - Jul 1 - Bulletin - Just as we go to press the interesting new arrives that the Howard Oberin apple orchard, one of the best and biggest in the state, has been puchased by William H. Robinson, 686 East Shore Drive.

    1959 Jul 15 - William H. Robinson of 686 East Shore Drive, who recently purchased the big Howard Oberlin apple orchard, will not take possession of the property until Jan. 1 1960

    1960 - jan 27 - having sold their home and well known apple orchard on east Shore drive road to william h. robinson of 684 east Shore, mr. and mrs. howard oberlain have moved into the Hallberg residence at 471 lake Street, which they recently prerchased

    1963 - Dec 18 - Cheryl Vance daughter of Wilber Vance Wilmington, Ohio to marry John W. Robinson son of WIlliam H. Robinson of New Vienna, Ohio.
