WORST WIND IN YEARS AT Culver LAKE SATURDAY

Logansport cottagers at Lake Maxinkuckee report that one of the worst wind storms in year visited that place Saturday afternoon about 4 o'clock.

While no serious damage was done and one was, hurt, much small loss is reported, hardly any of the cottagers escaping without some damage being, done.

Trees were blown down, landings broken, boats carrled away and loose articles scattted promiscuously.

The mooring of one of the big lake steamers were torn away and the vessel blown a considerable distance.

Following the wind, a heavy downpour of rain visited the lake.
