Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Penfield of Indianapolis are here on a fishing trip. they were guests at the Palmer House. Mr. Penfield purchased an 18 foot gsoline launch, which arrived Monday. It is a Mishawaka boat and will make a fine addition to the fleet of power boats on Lake Maxinkuckee.

Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pacy are guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Carson

Mrs. C. H. Chandler and daughter are spending a few days at their cottage

C. E. Coffin's smiling face was see on the east side of the lake Tuesday

Mr. J. W. Carson has returned from Chicago where she visited her sister

D. W. Gardner and daughter Grace asre spending a month at their cottage

J. W. Woods and family will close their cottage Thrusday and return to Indianapolis

W. H. F ulton and family will close thier cottage Satruday and return to Indianapolis

Mrs. McQuat of Indianapolis arrived at the lake Saturday to spend a few days at her cottage

Mrs. Wilmer Christian who has been spending a fee days at her cottage returned to Indianapolis Satruday

Judge and Mrs. Winfield returened to logansport Sunday. Joseph closed the cottage and left yesterday

Messrs F. J. Bott. Valentine Sheble and J. H. Reitemier spent Friday and Satturday at the lake and took a basket of nice fish home with them

Married - Guy Bigley, a stenographer of chicago and Miss Mable VanSchoiack of Maxinkuckee, were united in marriage Oct. 1st at Plymouth by Rev. Howard. They have the well wishes of numerous friends.
