1912 - Mar 21 - WIll Locate Station here - The Standard Oil company is
negotiating for a lot in the Ezra Hawkins addition on which to establish a
station. A tank and an office will be erected. The business at Culver ha
grown to such proprtions that the local trade can no longer be properly
served by wagons from Plymouth, particularyly during the symmer when
the town is full of automobiles.

1913 - Oct 23 - Chas. Humes has exchanged a lot in the Hawkings addition for
40 acres in North Bend township owned by Mrs. ELizabeth Bartlerr. The land went
in at $1000, and Humes paid the difference of $800
1914 - July 30 Mr. McNeil, son-in-lae of Schuyler Overmer, has purchased a lot of S. C.
SHilling in the Hawkin's addition for $300
1936 - Sep 23 - Town Buys Land to Solve Jog in STreet
The town will buy a strip of land of H. A. Heine to adjust a naroow jog, in Plymouth
stret, it was decided at the regular meeting of the town dads Monday. The town will
pay $50 for a piece of land in the shape of a triangle, 47 X 66 feet.
The problem was caused by the fact that the Duddleson addition was laid out with
a narrower street than in the Hawkins addition, making Lot 27 of the
former additon to stand out in the street with the result that part of it was used by
traffic in making the slight turn....
