Culver City In. Jan 5 1900

Be it remembered that the town board of the town of Culver City Ind . met in special session for the consideration of bills on the docket on the 5th day of Jan 1900 at 7 Oclock P. M.

Present at said meeting O. A. Rea and D. B. Young

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

On motion which was duly carried the following bills was allowed and ordered paid

E. Spencer for building man hole 2.50

S. D. Seden for labor on streets 8.25

The clerk was instructed to notify sectary of board of health one combined record of Births, Deaths and Diseases

On motion said board adjourned

On motion whihc duly carried the following nill was allowed and ordered paidl

Young & Keen for building cover for manhole$2.00
Thos. Medbourn for Birth Death and Disease
Record $5.00 expemsses .30 Remittance .10
$5.40


The clerk was then instructed to draw orders for Salaries die the town officersl

Dr. G. S. Hollister was appointed secrtary of Board of Health and on being notified of the appointment refused to accept the same.

On motion said board adjourned - O. A. Rea, Pres

Be it remembered that the town board of the town of CUlver Icty, Ind. met in regular session on the 5th day of March Feb 5 1900 at 8 oclock P. M.

Present at said meeting Trustees O. A. Rea and S. E. Medbourn

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved

The clerk was instructed to order all necessary election supplies

On motion Wm. B. Hess application as attorney for the town one years was laid on the table until next meeting

CUlver City, Indi. March 10 1900
Be it rememebred that the town board of the town of Culver City Ind. met in special session on the 10th day of March 1900 at 8 Oclock P. M.

Present at said meeting Trustees O. A. Rea, S. E. Medbourn and D. B. Young.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
,br> On motion which was duly seconded and carried the bill of Wm. B. Hess for attorney one year and expenses was allowed as follows

$3665

carfare .55 cts. disallowed for not being called her on official buisness

Ob notion whuch was duly seconded and carried the clerk was instructed to draw an order in favor of Thos, Clifton (clerk) for One hundred sixty two ($162.00 dollars and 67 cts.) the same to be applied on note at First National Bank Plymouth Ind.

On motion which wasduly seconded and carried the clerk was instructed to draw and order
for Two hundred Fity ($250.00) Dollars in favor of the treasurer of the school trustees said amount to go into the Tuitiiton fund providing there is Six hundred ($600l.00) in town treasure,

and be it further remembered that on omotion which was fully seconded and carried Mr. Wm. B. Hess of Plymouth was reappointed as attorney for the town for the ensueing year. Beginning March 7 1900 at thirty five ($35.00) per annum the clerk was instructed to notify him of same.

Be it remebered that the town board of the town of Culver City, Ind. met in regular sessions on the 2nd day of April 1900 at 8 oclock P.M.

Present at said meeting trustess O. A. Rea and D. B. Young. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.

On Motion which was duly carried the following bills was allowed and ordered paid.

Hays & Son for Plowing Snow$3.00
Young ^ Keen repairing seal $0.75


The re__ration of E. B. Vabshoiacj as school trustee was read and an motion which was duly carried the same was accepted and clerk instructed to draw order for salary due him

On motion which was carried for C. McCormick was chosen and appointed school trustee for the term of three years or until his succerror is appointed and qualified.

On motion said board adjourned, O. A> Rea, Pres.
